• To produce a unique piece of necklace pendant fashion jewelry, the first step is to create a design. This is where the magic begins. It is a stage where a designer develops a design idea, explores the concept, and translates it into reality. We have eight highly skilled designers who can read new market trends & styles.

• We use Professional CAD software to increase designer productivity, improve the quality and accuracy of design sizes, and create a production site. Once the design is considered in the designer’s imagination, it is drawn on paper and incorporated into the system. 

• All custom jewelry manufacturers use this technique. Although some designers still use these methods, 3D printers, CAM (computer-assisted production), and CAD (computer-assisted design) programs can easily simplify the design process and reduce its time to produce these models. Computer art designing (CAD) programs allow designers to create new and unique designs easier than traditional pencils.

• We provide jewelry renders images to our valuable clients so that they can see the final look of their jewelry designs before production. After the final approval on render images, we send jewelry products files for the camming process.
• Professional Jewelry Rendering is a computer program for producing realistic images of jewelry pieces. They are built using 3D models of human-made objects and illuminated by rendering software. As a result of render images, it is possible to see the final product well before being produced.

• Once the CAD design file is ready by the CAD Designer, it is transferred to the 3D Rapid Prototype program. This program operates based on Direct Light Projection Technology. 
• The resin model uses a fully functional 3D Rapid Prototyping (RPT) system. The resin is extracted from CAM and converted to a silver model using a scattering process. The silver model is the main design that is copied to make many of the same jewelry pieces. The silver model is used to make the rubber mold of all the following pieces.

• The main silver model is then packaged in a special thick rubber mold sandwich and then tightened under high temperature and pressure until a solid block. The rubber makes itself close to the main model, creating a complete view of the three parts of the jewelry pieces…
• Then the rubber is compacted, and the final result is a rubber mold that can be accurately replicated in thousands of waxes representing mass production.

• This step involves the production of wax fragments in rubber molds made of the silver king. The rubber mold is placed on a wax syringe. The melted wax is applied by pressure to the mold hole to form cast wax models. 
• The process of attaching pieces of wax to a stem of wax is called a “tree.” The sprue is attached to each element attached to the stem. The sprue makes an angle of about 45 degrees in the body.

• Casting is complex and requires competent and knowledgeable broadcasters with the desired final product. The wax tree is placed in a metal flask immersed in a chemical powder that lasts for an hour.
• The flask is more than burned in an electric furnace that melts wax, leaving a hole in the tree. The molten metal is poured into a flask for casting, allowed to cool, and then broken down to form jewelry.

• When jewelers make the filling of a straight line, they first check that the metal is secure, as an unstable bench pin/metal will lead to mistakes and inaccuracies. While filling in the straight line, take the help of a long stroke to apply pressure to the transmission stroke.
• Follow this process until you reach the final beat. File insertion is a method that helps to remove excess metal or solder from a work piece.

• Rhodium-plated refers to jewelry made based on gold, silver, or other materials coated with a thin layer of rhodium for extra strength and luster.
• Rhodium-plated jewelry is shiny and lasts longer than other jewelry. Rhodium plating does not scratch, rot, or rust and keeps shiny.

• Quality Control (QC) is a process or set of procedures intended to ensure that a manufactured product or service complies with a set set of quality standards or meets the requirements of the client or customer.
• There are three different methods of quality control testing, which include measurement, visual inspection, and mechanical testing. In our Jewelry Factory production, the Final piece goes Through 7 QC steps.
